We currently deliver to addresses in Switzerland.

Shipping within Switzerland is free.

Processing and delivery time

We process orders within 1–4 business days. Delivery then takes 5–8 business days. These times include processing and transport and are estimates, not fixed dates.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel is late, damaged or incorrect, please write to support@melvua.com and include your order number, with a photo if possible. We will find a solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Satisfaction guarantee

Test our product for 3 months. Take a photo of your skin before you use it for the first time and keep the original file. Then use the product regularly for 3 months. If you see no change, write to support@melvua.com between day 90 and day 120 after delivery and we will refund the purchase price. You keep the product. All conditions are in our terms of service.
